Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept payment only via Direct Deposit into our Warrior Sports bank account.
Q. How will my order be sent?
A. We have an arrangement with some Clubs in the Melbourne metro area whereby we personally deliver your order. Contact us prior to ordering to check if we have this arrangement with your Club. Alternatively your order will be sent via Australia Post Parcel Post with tracking facility.
Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?
A. You should allow up to 10 working days from the time we receive payment for your order (Melbourne metro quoted - longer for regional and interstate deliveries).
Q. What if I need my order more urgently?
A. Contact us to see if we can assist.
Q. Do you ship outside of Australia?
A. No. We only deliver to postal addresses within
Australia.
Q. If any products on my order require a photo or Club logo how do I get them to you?
A. You can upload photos or Club logos where applicable as part of our Checkout process. Alternatively you can email them to us once you order has been submitted.
Q. Are there any restrictions on photos?
A. Due to copyright laws, we are not able to reproduce any copyrighted images.
Photo layout, colors and cropping will be at our discretion. Because of variables
in materials and the printing process, exact color matching of photos and
spot colors cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
Q.If any products on my order require text to be included how do I get it to you ?
A. You can provide the required text to us as part of our Checkout process. Alternatively you can email us once you order has been submitted.
If we have any issues with the volume or content of your requested text, we will contact you prior to producing your order.
